You’re planning an event and want it to be remembered in good frames. But how much does it cost and how does it all work? We explain it in plain words, with no hidden items.
Step 1. Send a request
Write to us: what kind of event, the date and place, how long it will last and what is important to capture (speakers, guests, atmosphere, venue details, branding). The more details, the more accurate the proposal.
Step 2. We count the hours
Our shooting is hourly: €50 per hour. We count by the length of the event. For example, a 3-hour event costs €150, a 5-hour event €250. The rate includes 1 photographer with professional equipment and travel to your location.
Step 3. We send a proposal
We look at your task and send a proposal with a clear final price. Here we also state the cost of photo processing right away, so there are no surprises in the end. If you need extra services, their rates are known in advance too: video €50/hour, drone shooting €100/hour, live streaming €100/hour.
Step 4. Shooting at the event
The photographer arrives in advance, gets to know the venue and shoots everything important: the programme, people, emotions and details. You don’t need to control anything. Just tell us which of the guests must be photographed.
Step 5. Processing and delivery
After the event we select the best frames, process them and hand over the finished photos for your website, social media, report and partners.
What to know in advance
- rate: €50 per hour, counted by the length of the event, plus photo processing (stated in the proposal);
- travel outside Tallinn is charged separately;
- photo can be ordered together with video and a live stream, which is more convenient than looking for three contractors (read about the package);
