What is in the Teleprompter + iPad kit
The Teleprompter + iPad kit costs €30 per day. It includes the Neewer teleprompter with a remote control and a 9.7-inch iPad (6th gen) with a teleprompter app installed. Renting them together is €5 cheaper per day than renting them separately (€20 + €15).
Add a camera, lens and tripod
Pair the kit with a camera, a lens and a tripod. A combination we suggest for talking-head video:
- Panasonic GH5 body — €25 per day. 4K 60p video, 5-axis in-body stabilization, two SD card slots.
- Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 — €12 per day. A versatile zoom for interviews and presenter shots.
- Video tripod with fluid head — €10 per day.
Do not forget sound and light
Viewers forgive an average picture, but not bad sound. Add the DJI Mic 2 receiver + 2 mics (€15 per day): wireless clip-on microphones that plug into the camera. For light, the Godox 60W 5600K (€20) on a light stand (€5) with the amaran LightDome mini SE softbox (€8) gives soft, even light on the face.

All prices are per 1 day. Rentals of 3 or more days get 20% off. Pickup and return are in Tallinn, a rental agreement is signed and a deposit may be required.
Five tips for a good teleprompter shoot
- Write for the ear: short sentences, one idea per sentence, mark the pauses.
- Use a large font and a narrow text column so the eyes barely move while reading.
- Set the scroll speed a little slower than natural speech and rehearse once before recording.
- Put the camera at eye level and check the sound with headphones before the first take (Sony MDR-7506 headphones are €5 per day).
- Record a few seconds of silence at the start — it helps with noise reduction in editing.
