Kofuku Production, Tallinn, Estonia
Before hiring a video production company, most businesses have the same doubts. Here are the five questions we hear most — and honest answers to each.
Q1: How much does corporate video production cost in Estonia?
It depends on what you need — but here’s a honest framework.
10 Reels or Shorts — full package (turnkey): €999. We handle everything: scripting, shoot day, editing, captions, delivery. 10 videos ready to post.
Editing only — from your own footage: from €299 for a package of 10 videos. You shoot, we edit.
Single promo video or interview: €700–900. Full production, one polished video.
Branded short film or campaign video with scripting, location, actors and post-production: from €2500–5000.
The most cost-efficient option for most companies: the 10 Reels package at €999 — that’s under €100 per video, fully produced.
Q2: How long does video production take?
A typical project timeline:
Pre-production (scripting, planning): 3–5 days. Shoot day: 1 day. Editing and delivery: 5–7 business days.
From first briefing to final delivery: 2–3 weeks. Rush delivery is possible.
For batch production clients, we deliver all 10 videos within 7 days of the shoot.
Q3: Do we need to prepare anything before the shoot?
Yes — and preparation is everything.
You need to confirm: the spokesperson or talent, the key messages for each video, the location or studio, and any brand guidelines (colours, logo, fonts).
We handle the rest: scripting, shot list, equipment, lighting, editing, captions.
The more prepared you are, the better the result. We send every client a pre-production checklist 1 week before shoot day.
Q4: What’s the difference between vertical and horizontal video?
Horizontal (16:9) is for YouTube, TV, presentations and websites. It’s the traditional format.
Vertical (9:16) is for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn video. It’s the dominant format for social media in 2026.
Most companies need both — but if you’re focused on social media presence and lead generation, vertical video delivers significantly higher reach and engagement.
Kofuku Production shoots both formats. On batch production days, we focus on vertical 9:16 for maximum social media impact.
Q5: Can we use the videos after the project ends? Who owns the rights?
Yes — you own the videos completely. Full rights transfer is standard in every Kofuku Production contract.
No licensing fees. No restrictions. Use them on any platform, forever.
This is not always the case with larger agencies — always check the contract before signing.
